Activities
Is booking necessary to visit your workshop?
No booking is required for the visit and guided tour, it’s free!
You can come any time you want (within our opening hours obviously).
Note: However, for activities you must book indeed.

Workshop visits
Do you have guides at your Workshop?
Yes! we do have guides.
They will explain to you each step of the process and will answer all your questions.
What language do your guides speak?
Our guides can speak Khmer, English and French
How far is your Workshop from the city centre?
First of all, our Workshop is situated in Siem Reap. From the city centre, it takes between 10 and 15 minutes (~7km) to reach your destination by tuktuk.
How long does the guided tour take?
A guided tour takes about 30 minutes.
Do you accept big groups?
Yes we do!
To make sure your visit will be enjoyable and depending on the number of people, we might divide your group into several smaller ones. Each of them will have their own guide.
Online shop
Can you deliver abroad the items bought from your physical shops?
Yes we can deliver your Senteurs d’Angkor items for you but only the ones bought from our Workshop’s shop in Siem Reap. We will calculate to the total shipping cost on site, then let you pay for your items + shipping. We will send the parcel with DHL Express (our international shipping partner). Note: Beware of customs fee in your country (read our terms and conditions).
How much is the delivery fee within Cambodia?
First of all, the minimum purchase order is 75 USD.
We deliver for free within Siem Reap.
We deliver for free for the rest of Cambodia for orders above 100 USD.
Otherwise the cost of delivery will vary roughly from 1 to 5 USD depending of your order.

Where is situated your shop in Phnom Penh Airport?
Our shop is situated in the Departure hall, on the right hand side after crossing the corridor coming from the immigration.
Your product is stuck, how do I open it?
Tap gently the container on a hard surface until it opens. Due to temperature and humidity difference between Cambodia and your country, some of our product made of wood might be stuck. That’s perfectly normal 🙂
