Our workshop First you will admire the coloring of sugar palm leaves and their weaving to produce lovely boxes made from natural fibers, called “smoks”. Then passing through the different workshops, you will observe the manufacture of natural soaps made from coconut oil, of moisturizing creams, of subtly scented balms and aromatic candles. You will after discover the different steps in the treatment of spices (Kampot pepper, lemongrass, chili…), of their subtle combinations to make the traditional curry or amok, and of the creation of flavored coffees and teas. Thanks to these workshops, you will learn to identify various exotic plants and flowers: lemongrass, chili, pepper plant, bamboo tree, bougainvillea, frangipani, hibiscus, jasmine, sugar palm tree… Come to admire the know-how of local craftsmen and be enriched by the Flavours and Fragrances of Cambodia.
